In Early 2022 we will begin the process of splitting out our early depositor list by level of care. There will be an independent living depositor list and an assisted living/memory care depositor list since they really represent two separate communities. It also allows depositors to more accurately gauge their standing for the level of care they are most interested in.

When the time comes to split the list, we’ll contact you by the date of your deposit and offer the transition. If you’re not sure, you can have a dual position on the wait list.

As a depositor, you will be offered the opportunity to be among the first to move into the community. This VIP group are called our ‘Members’, and there are two different types. Charter (available to first 20 apartments) and Club Members (available to anyone who signs on ahead of our opening) receive benefits that include 50% off community service fee. In return you agree to move-in within the first 60 days.
